Trust & data handling
What we collect, where it goes, and what we'll never do with it.
Monitoring software is only acceptable if people can see what it does. Here is ours, in plain terms.
What the agent looks at
- Which programs run, what started them, and what they connect to
- Changes to the places malware uses to survive a restart
- Logins, new accounts and changes to privileges
- Changes to sensitive files and security settings
What it never collects
- Screenshots, keystrokes or clipboard contents
- Email, messages or document contents
- Browsing history or time spent in apps
- Anything for measuring employee productivity
Commitments
The things we put in writing.
Data stays close
Detailed history stays on each machine. The console gets summaries and asks for detail only during an investigation.
Defined retention
Retention is set in your agreement, with 90 days as the default, and data is exported to you when you leave.
Not for surveillance
Your data is used to find and stop threats. It is never used to monitor employee performance, and never sold.
Isolated per client
Each client is a separate site in our console. One client's data never appears in another's view or report.
You set the policy
You approve what automated response may do, and we change, pause or undo it whenever you ask.
AI is opt-in
Off by default or local. A commercial model is only used if you choose it, with your own account, after redaction.
